A Bladder Neck Incision is a procedure where an incision or cut is made in the bladder neck or stricture to improve the flow of urine.

The Procedure is being done with general anaesthesia in theatre.

The surgeon inserts an endoscope up in the urethra performed under general anaesthetic, which allows the surgeon to see the bladder neck. A cut or incision is made into the bladder neck to allow normal urine flow.

The Revolix laser can be used as the surgical device to make the incision. The Revolix offers a safely alternative to the knife for this procedure.
